Firecrackers Brashear Training develops the skills players need in today’s competitive environment. We provide the mentorship and guidance to our scholar-athletes so that they may excel on and off the field.
Our approach to playing the game, college recruiting and personal brand development is known worldwide. We strive to show respect for others and respect for the game. Our organization provides leadership and works with those who create a positive environment for our players and families.
MISSION
The Firecrackers Brashear softball program is a premier fast-pitch organization . The management team, coaches and players have a history of success both locally & nationally.
The Firecrackers Brashear softball program includes teams in age groups from 10U thru 18U. The organization consists of a group of dedicated female student-athletes who train year-round with the goal of becoming the best they can as players on the field, students in the classroom and citizens within the community.
The objective of the Firecrackers Brashear organization is to provide advanced skills development and playing opportunities for players who want to achieve and maintain the highest level of play available at their age group in girl’s fastpitch softball.
THE FUTURE OF SOFTBALL
We are excited to announce that the Firecrackers Brashear Organization is paving a new road in the world of softball. Firecrackers is excited to announce it’s affiliation with the Alliance and Pacific Coast Fastpitch League (PCFL).
Coach Sean Brashear has been working hard playing an integral role in the formation of the PCFL. The formation of this new league is exciting for the entire sport of softball! The PCFL is a collection of teams and event organizations working together and collaborating within the state, to grow the sport and provide an opportunity to any team from any organization. The PCFL will provide a CURRENT ranking! Each team’s current body of work will show their strength and quality. Additionally, it will provide an atmosphere where every game matters and provides purposeful play.
Meet Coach Sean Brashear
SLIDING INTO HOME PLATE: Softball Coaching and Recruiting
With his umbrella brand Sean Brashear and his program help train athletes in the mental aspect of the game, as well as the on field aspect of the game. Coach Sean continues to push the envelope and stay influential in the softball community in several capacities
Sean Brashear is the owner of the nationally recognized Firecrackers Brashear Organization. Coach Sean’s team can be found at all the major events and showcases across the country. Playing on the national stage has helped our athletes to be offered millions of dollar in college scholarships
Coach Brashear along with Roman Gallegos has helped to get hundreds of female athletes college scholarships. We are very proud of the fact that everyone of our athletes over the past 15 years have graduated high school all with opportunities to play softball at the College level.
The Brashear program has been able to send athletes to all the top schools in the country including schools in the following conference: Pac – 12, SEC, BIG 10, BIG 12, ACC, Ivy League and many many others.
